'Cream Lea' has a similar colouring to 'Nafray',  growing to the height of normal pennisetum alopecuroides

When planted at a rate of 6- 15 per sq. metre, it will normally out compete weeds. It has good winter colour than the common form. Cream Lea is drought tolerant. This plant is tough.

Cream Lea has a beautiful cream seed head, which flowers for a long period of the year from December to May. As with all OZBREED native grasses, this species has a low seed viability making it non invasive.
